  You took to the news to complain about the customers that left without paying but have you thought about how they felt?? ... How frustrated they must've been to just get up and leave?? ... and... it is a family of 5 and nobody paid attention to them leaving?? ... nobody noticed it?? ... Nobody noticed because most likely your waiter was not paying attention!!
  I do feel for the customers left there waiting with 3 children ... must've been really frustrating to the point that they got up and left.
  I have felt the same way many times when you have to wait and wait for the waiter to pay attention to you (the customer) even to pay!! ... I can only imagine what that must be with 3 boys in tow!!!
  The restaurant's owner should have a chat with the waiter who is the real culprit of the situation!!

  Our waitress was amazing, wish we knew her name.
  
  Wings were very good, crispy crispy. Conch chowder was delicious. Patio seating was relaxing and fun.
  
  Blackened chicken and mahi tacos were both fresh and delicious. 4 stars all the way.

  Don't waste your time in the keys going here. The service is not their priority. Attention to the dogs roaming around the tables is. The owner is very unprofessional and smile, because you're on camera! One star is generous

  Really good service. Food is good. Large portions and lovely Ambiance with plenty of live music events. Can get busy.
